We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, email drakemeadsenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Return and refund requests are reviewed case by case. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition unless the issue is a product defect or fulfillment error.

Because many apparel items are produced and fulfilled after purchase, order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited once an order has entered fulfillment.
